About Noah Al-Malt
An aspiring international legal professional, Noah Al-Malt was a two-time delegate for International Dialogue on Underwater Munitions (IDUM) for the 18th and 19th Conferences of State Parties held by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). Noah Al-Malt was a public relations coordinator who worked closely with the organization's CEO.
He received his Juris Doctor from Barry University’s School of Law. Graduating cum laude in the top 10 percent of his class, he received two book awards, one in admiralty law, and the other in cyberspace law and policy. In the year leading up to his graduation, Mr. Al-Malt’s peers elected him to the position of executive editor of the Barry Law Review.
Noah Al-Malt continued his education in the advanced master of law program at the Leiden University School of Law. After earning his LL.M in August 2014, he became a Legal Assistant for the defense of Jadranko Prlic during the appeals phase of Prosecutor v. Prlic et al. Previously, Mr. Al-Malt had worked on the same case as a legal intern, in which role he was responsible for conducting research, drafting litigation material, and generating press releases.
